Exelon's Exelorate Operating System, the corporate innovation arm, was incubating EcoCred, a consumer-facing carbon-footprint app intended to become a standalone digital business. The team had a built MVP, an Exelon-Growth-Board governance gate, and formal Series-A readiness criteria to clear.
